Refund Policy

By purchasing any coaching, membership, or recurring service from The Plumbing Sales Coach, you agree to the following terms:

1. Recurring Billing Authorization

You authorize The Plumbing Sales Coach to charge your card on file automatically each month for the agreed-upon amount. Your subscription will continue until canceled.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Monthly Programs Only)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new clients enrolled in monthly recurring programs only.

If you are not satisfied with a monthly subscription program, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within the 30-day guarantee period.

This guarantee applies only to the initial payment of a monthly subscription and does not apply to subsequent billing cycles.

3. No Refunds on One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases, including but not limited to Boot Camps, training programs, and standalone products, are non-refundable.

By completing a one-time purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Refund Policy After 30 Days

After the 30-day guarantee period has passed, all payments are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for prior billing periods, partial months, unused coaching sessions, or failure to participate.

5. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will continue until canceled. One-time products or services are billed only once and do not renew.

Clients may cancel their subscription or recurring service at any time by providing written notice to [email protected]. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund payments already processed.

To avoid the next billing charge, cancellation must be submitted prior to the next billing date.

6. Charge Authorization

By completing checkout, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and approve this transaction, including any applicable recurring charges.

7. Access to Services

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to applicable coaching services, materials, and/or membership resources.
